Foundation Day presentation

The grade IV pupils, including my son performed the Broadway musical West Side Story during their school's foundation day.

It was a contest though but they turned out to be the best against the grades V and VI.

For about two weeks, they practice the play. Here are some of the snapshots of their performance.

Actually, their winning was a surprise to many. But I am convinced they should really bagged the grand prize.
Why? Because the actors played their roles in exaggerated manner like they were really stage actors and actresses. Their facial expression and body language made them win big against their bigger counterparts, the grades V and VI students.
