Encountering Problem

For the last two days, I am experiencing difficulty in connecting and dropping to Adgitize member ads in Blogger. I think there is something wrong with my laptop or internet connection. It cannot browse blogs from Blogger.
I always get this warning sign: PROBLEM LOADING PAGE!


I don't know what to do with this because I am not so knowledgeable with the technical aspect and computer settings. I hope to fix this problem soon. Some advice?
